How does the RW score work?
RW score compares the main-prize odds per pound at the full published ticket cap. The formula is 100 ÷ (1 + ticket price in £ × total tickets ÷ 1,500), rounded to a whole number. Higher is better; very large odds denominators drive the score towards zero. A £1 ticket at 1 in 500 and a 50p ticket at 1 in 1,000 both score 75. At 10p per ticket and 4,500,000 tickets, the score rounds to 0. It does not rate prize value, the operator or instant wins. The same formula applies to every operator.
“If drawn now” uses the live sold count when the winner is chosen from sold entries; for draws with a fixed winning position, the published cap is shown. RW score always uses the full ticket cap so a newly launched draw does not receive an inflated score. Actual odds can change under the operator's draw rules. “Newest on RaffleWatch” means first detected here, which may be later than the competition launch date.
